THANKYOU.Charles M. Shulz

This cook book was published in 1969, the author; June Dutton]
I received it in 1970 for a birthday present.
Apparently as the story goes, the youngest and the last of the brat pack was
born, on my nineth birthdday in 1969. Nine years and exactly 5 minutes later, I received a real person, a brother, for a present, born on Andrews Air Force Base, (AFB). The next year I received this book. I made every recipe except Peppermint Patty's Prune Whip. Which I think I will convert to cake pops w/ whipped prune center. Prunes are sweet.
Life has continued,"non stop". My youngest brother is now 46.

Even the cactus froze...in SC...

..the  nopalitos or in this case.... nopales; does not taste like chicken....but does taste like

young asparagus or a cooked green pepper, it is quite good with onion and jalapeno. Definitely

feels like okra (or a stingray when you're trying to skin it) extremely slim-my!

cactus pads contain beta carotene, iron, some B vitamins,

and are a good source of both vitamin C and calcium.
