DC; District of Columbia, Non U.S. citizens can vote.They can't vote for Federal Offices.
Allowed to vote;
District elections for the following offices:
Mayor
Attorney General
DC council members,
Chairman of State Board of Education
Advisory Neighborhood Commissioners.
2023; DC election code of 1955 expanded to include eligible non citizens and illegal aliens. Undocumented immigrants included.
Other than these insane rude voting irregularities, the regular rules apply.
