ACA? or MAHA←✓

The Affordable Care Act (ACA), also known as Obamacare, is not mandatory in the sense that individuals are required to purchase health insurance. However, the ACA introduced an individual mandate that required most Americans to have health insurance or pay a penalty. This mandate was effectively eliminated in 2017 when the Tax Cuts and Jobs Act set the penalty for not having insurance to $0, starting in 2019.

While the individual mandate is no longer enforced, the ACA still includes provisions that are mandatory for certain entities, such as insurance companies and employers with 50 or more full-time employees, which must provide health insurance to their employees or face penalties. Additionally, the ACA established essential health benefits that all health insurance plans must cover.

In summary, while the individual mandate is not currently enforced, the ACA includes various requirements that affect insurance providers and large employers.

MAHA for me. Thank you. Get rid of the  worthless ACA. No more 330pd ppl wondering why they're sick while eating crap food! Eating Krispy Kreme donuts? 🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩🍩 While watching 180k sodium loaded, BHA, bioengineered, mRNA, genetically engineered, injected foods, ppl cook in a microwave.
